I had multiple online payday loans which I had paid on and was renewing hoping to catch a break and be able to pay them off. Instead the opposit happened and I just dont have the money to pay them anymore. My bank was hitting me with NSF fees on top of it and I had to close the account. Now I am getting phone calls of wage garnishments and possible law actions against me. I live in the state of PA which someone had told me it was illigal for them to give PDL in the state of PA. Just worried as I can not afford to be arrested of have anything bad happen to me. My son needs me to be with him and not in jail.

Payday loans are illegal in PA. Follow the instructions in my signature line on how to deal with illegal lenders. Stay off the phone and communicate by email only.
