I am dealing with 2 companies right now that want me to settle or make arrangements by end of day TODAY or will move forward with litigation.

BTW, I am in California

*1 is called RTH Group ( aka RT Group) out of Seattle
and they say they dont give out address or send out any information
because they are 3rd party arbitration. I received a msg from a blocked
number stating from person saying she will serve me and work or home soon. And that if I have any questions about it, then to call RTH group.
Because of the way this is setup, the case manager says that I am calling them and they arent calling me to collect, thus making them a 3rd party and not collectors. And that they are ONLY really helping me out to settle out of court since I am calling them.

And because of this they don't send verification out or give address.

The debt they have is from Payday Max and that if i want to verify, then
to call Payday Max and trace back to them.

*2nd is another company called CAR (aka Chase) Associates collecting
on Cash Yes debt.
I also think they use to go by CRG and associates. They had tried
to contact me 2 months ago for same debt, but I asked for time to
research it since I had been scammed by another company
collecting on the same debt from Cash Yes at the same time.

I called them again because they did as the person above did
and had a company calling saying will serve and to call CAR Associates.

This time, when I tried to ask for their address, he said something like "
if you want you can have your lawyer contact us" and then started to rush off the phone. Weird. He seemed normal and almost patient and helpful until I asked for their address. At that point, he didnt want to talk anymore.

So any ideas of what I can do to get their address or to send them request letter for validation? And to stop them from serving me at work?
(I know that they most likely wont serve, but Ive already had a situation where someone acting as a server came by my work and left a note for
me to call the arbitration company - which of course ended up being a scam.) I can't have people coming to my work to serve me whether real or fake.

I do believe I have the fax for #1 and the email for #2 but they have never replied when I've tried email them. And there is no proof that they ever received my fax or emails if I send.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
Im very grateful for this forum. I need and will give updates on this thread and past threads so that any body else reading them will know my results.

neither is gonna serve you.a quick search confirms their bottomfeeder status.use any info you have to file AG and FTC complaints.do not just take this.you have options, and btw i would not send a DV letter to places like this.they can't validate an illegal loan,or debt.so report them and ignore them.i would look into legal action against whoever stuck that phony notice at your work.most illegal.
