Question about Phone Calls

Like those listed in the complains, I have been receiving phone calls on both my cell phone and my house phone from this bank. I have never knowingly came into contact with them and have no idea why they are calling me. To make things even stranger, when I try to answer the phone calls, it just takes me to an automated machine asking me what extension I want to reach. How do I make them stop calling?

The FDCPA only applies to THIRD PARTY collectors. You are in California and California state law trumps this...if you dont know or understand the laws for the other 49 states, please be careful what you post.
