payday loan customer service

Unfortunately I have gotten caught up in the payday loan mess like many others. At one time I think I had over 10. I was having to work OT just to break even.
I live in Alaska and after finding this forum, I realized that alot of my loans were not legal.
I sent out letters to all and the best customer service and ones that were most helpful were:

StarCashProcessing
In the past I have had to ask for deferred payments or to change my due date and CashNetUSA and SignMyLoan.net both were very helpful
The worst ones to deal with that have NO customer service is by far AdvanceMeToday. I had a loan for 600 and had paid over 1800.00. I emailed them a letter to consider my account as paid in full, since they had received so much money.. They told me that they didn't have to follow state law due to a treaty. 3 days later instead of just taking the interest payment of 144.00, they deducted the entire amount of 744.00 without any warning.
