Horizon Opportunities, LLC - are they legit?

I applied for a payday loan through Horizon Opportunities, LLC. Their contact information is not working and I can't get a call back. They have my account number and sent me a contract and not for the amount they told me I was approved for. I'm not sure who to contact and how to make sure they aren't going to debit my account for a loan they never gave me. Can someone please tell me what to do?

this is a bottomfeeder lender,and close that account.i've seen this before.once a bottomfeeder has your info.it will never be safe again.they will debit,or another bottomfeeder you never heard of will put money in there as pdl's share info.close that account and open a new one.
