I received a letter from Asset Acceptance stating if I pay 70.00 on a 1329.10 bill (that I possibly owe and believe it to be aon my credit report from another agency) they will consider it paid in full? I find this hard to believe. I called and they said I could pay via credit card over the phone, I did refuse stating I will send them money order. I have yet to do so until I validate this. Can someone please advise to this
