I just received a very rude phone from a man saying he was representing OneClickCash. He wouldn't tell me his name. He kept interrupting me telling me that they deposited the money in my account and that is my validation of the debt. I told him No it's not and I want a statement. He then told me to look at my bank statement of the deposit because that would all the statement I would be getting. I finally said that since he wouldn't let me talk or discuss this matter calmly, that I was hanging up.

This is the 3rd different person who has called me from OneClickCash....the first two wouldn't validate the debt for me and told me that One Click was going to pursue me legally, then hung up.

Anyone dealt with OneClickCash and who is the CA representing them so I can send a validation letter to them.

I was a retard about 6 months ago. I took 300 with these people. I ended up only paying the roll over fees. In may I moved away, and closed down my bankacount. I called them, asked how much I owe to completely pay off what I owe them. They tell me 360. I sent a money gram to them for 360 and they only said on the phone that my loan was done. I get an email yesterday saying I owe them 180 dollars. Is there anyway to get these scum bags out of my life? Am I going to be hearing from them 10 years from now about how I owe them 10,000 dollars from the loan I took out 6 months ago that I paid off. Also, how can I contact to look into these evil people operating in America?

guest, who was it you took the $300 loan out with? Was it One Click Cash? And what state do you reside in?

Hi! I was reading all the problems that everyone had with OneClickCash. And I think this should be stopped, because it happened to me. They some how put money into my account with out my ok. I did not give them permission to that, I did not ask for money, and now they want alot of money. I need help if someone knows of a lawyer from here from fl, please let me know. Because also took my money for my rent which was 1,000 dollars, and now i am getting envicted from the apartments because of them. I need to get that money by today, and i am hurting because i have a 11 month old boy and cant see why someone would do this. Good luck to all and hope something gets done.

I filed a complaint with BBB against OCC, here is what I said:

I borrowed $300 from One Click Cash on 5/31/2010. They are a "payday lender" website based out of NE. Today, I called to make payment arrangements, as I cannot afford the outrageously high fees associated with the loan. After a little research, I found these fees to actually be ILLEGAL in my state, (CA), and that OCC is not even licensed in CA. When I explained that under CA law the MAXIMUM they could charge was a $45 finance charge and $15 returned check fee, the representitive, "Chris", (EXT 731), told me that I owed $510, and that OCC was "licensed at the Federal level, which supercedes all state laws". When I pointed out the lack of a license to do business in CA, he told me that they had a "federal license", and compared it to medical marijuana dispenseries being legal in CA, but being raided by federal authorities, because federal law "supercedes state laws". I offered to make a payment plan toward the maximum balance allowable by CA law, which is $360: the original amount of the loan plus $45 finance charge and $15 returned check fee. He refused, and told me that he knows more about the check loan business than I do. I essentially said that though that was undoubtedly true, the law was still on my side. He informed me that he was "marking this down as a refusal to pay" and would start collection proceedures.

NOW, what I find interesting and would like to hear some feedback on from this forum is OCC's RESPONSE:

"To Whom It May Concern:
We recognize this complaint as a response to information circulating the Internet. This information is full of mis-leading and inaccurate statements. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter."

It seems to me that they're not overly concerned with BBB complaints. Any other suggestions?
