Can a trustee find out about a debt if you forget to include it even if its not on your credit report.
It is really not their job...it is your responsibility to list A
It is really not their job...it is your responsibility to list ALL of your debts.
However, it is possible that they find out about new debt you take on after the bankrtuptcy has been filed...debt obtained without their permission.
