Do anyone have an example letter of how to remove inaccurate report of lateness for Child Support. I've had custody of my daughter for over a yr but I was being charged for Child Support. The Court finally gave me residental custody. I ask the judge is there anything he can do to have someone write me a letter showing that I did not owe any child support so they can take it off my credit report but as we know he blew me off and told me to just send the letter showing that I have cutody of her

You need to contact the child support office and/or the court who are reporting it. You can also dispute it with the credit bureaus (send a letter) and include your proof of custody.
