Okay, I am unaware of how to write a letter to the court, I am currently not working but owe about 8000 dollars my daughter under age is going in full time and we barely have enough to pay the rent and the other bills. I want to write to the judge explaining them the situation because I can't afford the court and judges..etc. What can I do?

Telling the court you have no money will not prevent a judgment. For the purposes of a summons, they want the answer based on defenses..ie..the debt is not mine, it is paid, the balance is incorrect, basically things that are wrong with the judgment. Not working or having no money is not a defense.

Unless you have a valid defense like the ones mentioned above, there is no point in writing to the judge 'explaining your situation'. What you can do, that is if the pressure of the debts are becoming unbearable, is that you can consider filing bankruptcy.
