My three credit scores are 651,664, and 598 ?
How can I fix the 598, could it be i may have a freeze on it ?

Credit bureaus have different rating criteria and different scoring.

The best way to boost your score is to get yourself a secured credit card, use it throughly and make perfectly timely payments.
