Never been with Verizon before!!!

Hi, I'm sending this transmission because on my credit report there is an item from AFNI,Inc. or Verizon. I'm Perplexed due to the fact that I have never had an account with Verizon be it cell,landline,or cable,etc.. Do you possibly have any advice for me in this matter.
