balance on hospital bill

My grand son is disabled and not able to pay this debt. I have been paying on it myself. I have been talked badly too and been harassed almost daily. They never send a bill and I need their mailing address. We don"t answer their call be cause of their rude collection agents.How can I get a monthlly statement?

If you are in collections, you DO NOT get a monthly statement. It is not the job of a collection agency to provide you with customer service or monthly statements.Their job it to get the bill paid immediately, not extend it out into payments.
How old is your grandson? Is there any liablity for you to pay the debt?? If he is disabled, does he not SSDI and medicaid?? Do you have power of attorney over him??
If you dont want them calling, send them a cease and desist letter.
