Help with Debt Collector for Payday loan

My issue is with Insight Capital.
Insight Capital did not contact me in any way but deposited 300 dollars into my account. They then proceeded to take money out of my account nearly every day under about 4 different company names.
As far as I can tell all of the "loan companies" (not including Speedy) took over 1200 dollars from my account, with Insight Capital taking 270 dollars.
I was advised by my bank to close the account and attempt to contact Insight Capital directly, which I did. What I found is that they have no legitimate phone number in which to contact them. No email they ever sent me had a phone number on it.
Now I am being contacted by someone calling themselves "Investigator Collins" from "The Firm of Jackson Greenberg & Associates" claiming that the US Department of the Treasury has issued a Fraud Charge against me and that a "Detective Anderson" is looking for me to act upon a warrant for my arrest.
When I asked what law enforcement agency "Detective Anderson" worked for so I could contact that agency and attempt to take care of the "warrant" "Investigator Collins" told me that he couldn't give that information but that this "Detective" was a State Trooper.
I'm not sure what to do or if what this person is attempting to do is even legal in Texas or if Insight Capital is a licenced lender in this state. I did not agree to the loan. I never spoke with anyone on the phone or via email regarding accepting or repaying any loan from them. They do not have a phone number for me to even contact them.
What should I do?

this is a scam.report them to your local police.then as as soaplady advised do not answer if the number is unknown,restricted,unavailable,out of area,or looks strange.if you get caught on the phone with them,or another scammer.hang up without a word.this "investigator"is gonna get theirs one fine day,but you are under no obligation to speak to slime like this.
