debt of my husband

My husband passed away on the 14th june after prolonged illness almost 2 months in icu. Credit card companies are calling me asking about the payments which i have no clue. I have not idea of the amount or whether he had any card as what ever card i could check in his purse was expired cards of 2008/9 etc. kindly advise me and also let me know my liability as i have not signed on any of the card or neither i had any ad on cards
