Internet Payday Loans in Indiana
Date: Tue, 07/10/2012 - 17:14
I took out just one small loan at first to cover the emergency but it has spiraled into 12 loans. I have never been able to get out from under all of the rollovers and large payoff amounts and I am so stressed out. I fully intend to pay the principal on these (or entire amount if they are legal) but I need some breathing room so that I can catch up on my necessary bills and get this under control. These ACH debits are completely draining my account each payday.
I live in Indiana. All of the loans are internet loans. I do not know if they are legal or illegal. They are:
Western Sky (transferred to Cash Call): Borrowed $2600/Paid $175.5
PayDay Max: Borrowed $2360/Paid $1420.97
247GreenStreet: Borrowed $2870/Paid $2152.16
CashYes: Borrowed $1000/Paid $300
Online Advance Borrowed $1250/Paid $720
Plain Green Borrowed $1000/ Paid $656.15
MoneyLoansQuick Borrowed $500/Paid $344.1
USFastCash Borrowed $500/ Paid $270
QXL.com Borrowed $200/Paid $0
Spotya Borrowed $1250/$1187.5
Ameriloan Borrowed $400/Paid $480
CWP (CashWebUSA) Borrowed $500/Paid $750
247GreenStreet is currently what is causing me the most financial trouble because they require payment in full and that is a huge chunk of my paycheck each pay period. I know that they are difficult to negotiate with so I have been trying to figure out the best course of action here since I still owe several of these companies.
Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide. I am so glad I found this site.
247 Green Street - Illegal offshore (Malta) lender Western Sky\
247 Green Street - Illegal offshore (Malta) lender
Western Sky\Cash Call - Illegal tribal loan
PaydayMax - Illegal offshore lender (they used to list their address to be in British WI but now changed it to Vancouver)
CashYes - Illegal offshore (Belize) lender
Online Advance - Delaware based lender. Possibly illegal. You need to talk to the state department of commerce and find out for sure.
Plain Green Loans - Illegal tribal lender
MoneyLoansQuick - Seems a little sketchy. Again, check with the state department.
USFastCash - Illegal tribal lender
QXL - This is a bit of a curve ball. They are not the actual lenders, rather, they take your loan application and gives it to a lender. They are just the middleman. You need to find out who you actually borrowed from.
Spotya - They don't list any contact address. You should check with your state department to see if they are licensed to operate in your state.
Ameriloan - Illegal tribal lender
CashWebUSA - Illegal offshore (Costa Rica) lender
For all the legal ones you need to pay them principal plus interest plus any other fees. For the illegal lenders, you technically owe them nothing but on moral grounds you can pay them the principal amount you borrowed.
You need to read this and follow every step mentioned in order to deal with the illegal lender:

REMEMBER: No matter what they (the illegal lenders) say, you are in charge and you set the terms for payment. If they want their money, they will have to play by your rules or you don't pay them at all. Don't forget to get a PIF letter out of all these lenders and file a complaint against each illegal lender with the AG and the FTC.
