I live in Pennsylvania, four months ago I took out 4 payday loans, against better judgment.....work has been really bad it slow off to the point were I have been picking and choosing which bills to pay.

I unfornately have not been able to pay my payday loans.

I past 2 weeks I have received phone calls with threats of arrest, check fraud......because every time they would take funds out of my checking account they would come back insufficent funds.

yesterday I spoke to a person yesterday, with heavy accent telling me that they were taking me to court and I would be served my local police if I did not pay, I spent a hour on the phone with this man and they reduced the pay off, but I need to come up with 900 dollars today.

can i go to jail, will some serve me,????

I want to pay these loans and get these people out of my life

HELP

the scumbag is in INDIA,and no pdl is legal in PA.that being said you need to go over your bank statements and find out how much was debited by each lender as you only owe the principle.not only that, but anything in "rollover fees"gets deducted.example:

you borrow 200.00 from xxx they debited 60.00 three times.you only owe 20.00 to xxx.now you need to go to soaplady's signature.there is a sticky with all the info you need.just know that anybody who calls and threatens immediate lawsuit,or arrest broke the law themselves and need to be reported.first to the police.then your AG.go to the sticky and follow it,and know the threats are just that, and illegal as well.last thing.don't even think about paying the sh*t for brains a dime much less 900.00.
