Paid off debt to cc co. But LVNV is taking to court

Need advice on next step.
Received court order from small claims to appear possible garnessment for sum of funds ($4,300) to credit card that has been paid in full but didnt save documentation (over several years ago) to prove balance paid. Now sure other than going to re-pull cb if I have and bank statement (but unclear when we would have paid it). I know to be the case since spouse and I don't own any cc all paid off.
