I mailed by revocation letters to all 3 of my payday loans via certified mail. I have received all of the green receipt cards back signed. As of this date the only company that i have heard from is magnum cash advance. they sent me an e mail with paid in full. no response from great plains lending and red stone fast cash. i also requested refund from red stone for about 500$. any idea when these two companies will start with the phone calls.
thank you

I've only dealt with Great Plains in the past. They won't call if you've requested they contact you only via email or us mail. Don't forget to file complaints with FTC and your State AG. I have read on other posts that they may report your debt to credit bureaus.

Red Stone or Great Plain won't be calling you any time soon. They might try to make unauthorized debits against your bank account which won't work. You will start getting calls 6 months to a few years later from junk debt collectors. For now, keep sending them letters asking for a PIF letter and a refund till you are successful or you are bored. Stick to your guns and I am sure one of them will budge. If they report it to the credit bureaus and appears on your credit report, dispute them.
