They called me a low life because I don't pay my bills. I told them they are low lifes thinking they work for a lawyers office. They are calling for HSBC they are very rude & they will call all your family members & ex-family members.

THis is a violation of the FDCPA....do you have a way of recording the calls? Make some money off of them.

It is not illegal to be rude....you are not a customer so dont expect customer sercice. However they cannot be abusive or disclose the debt to other parties.
