Midland Funding

I just discovered the Midland Funding has sued me back in 2010. I had no idea of this and now they have attached a lien to my mortgage without me knowing. I am applying for a refinance and the lender will not go any further unless this is cleared up. Any suggestions?

Did you receive a summons?? If not, look up your court case online at your county court website. You will probably need to visit the court house as you will need to file a motion to have the judgment set aside for lack of service. Talk to the court clerk.
