Double Billing

I have several open accounts with WFNNB, I make payments on time, but recently I noticed that I got debit twice on two different accounts this was because of deferred billing. Tried speaking with customer service via telephone but I got bounced from one phone number to the next phone number, no one could help me in fact according to their system only one account got billed!! I tried sending an email to these two Accounts, emails would not go thru, so what do I do now? get in touch with the BBB? or what?

The best you can do is WFNNB in writing and maybe file a compliant with the state finance department. No point complaining to the BBB, they can't do jack.
