Western Sky/ Cash Call

I sent out all of my revocation letters and withdrawl of wage assignment at the end of May. Things have been pretty quite since then, except for Western Sky/ Cash Call. I recieved another love letter from them yesterday stateing that they would tack on the two payments I am behind to the end of the loan if I signed a modification agreement with them. Funny thing is I had to have it back to them by the 13th of July. Yesterday was the 14th and it was mailed, per the post mark on the 10th. I have already paid them 2400.00 on a 2600.00 loan and they say I still owe them alittle over 2500.00. So my plan is to send them a money order for the 200.00 I owe on the principle and see what happens. Does anyone have an opinion on this plan? FYI one of the first letters I recieved from them after I closed my account stated that because Western Sky was a tribal lender they are not bound by the laws of my state. Which I know to be BS from reading other posts on this forum. I want to thank everyone on this forum for all of the help you have given me over the past couple of months.

Its a good idea, paying them using a money order. Good thing you didn't fall for their BS. Unless you stay on the Indian reservation, their laws don't apply to you. As simple as that.
