Check Fraud Processing

Racquel Thompson called me from 1-888-959-9352. This place has called me before on my cell and at work and I just ignore them. Yesterday, she decided to call my parents. mother in law, brother in law and my sister in law's parents. I told all of them this was a fraud and a scam and I would call & take care of it. I told them they need to send me something in writing letting me know exactly what they are referencing but she claims they are not a debt collector - they are investigating check fraud and referenced a bank I have not used in at least 5 years and a payday loan that I did not default on. She said something about emailing me or faxing me something but I am not providing them with that info. She then hung up on me. What is the best way to deal with these fraudulent jerks and get them to stop calling me, my friends, and my family? Please help! I don't have an address or any other name other than Check Fraud Processing - which she claimed is the name of the company.
