They called my parent house asking for me. I have never lived at number or been associated to that number. How do they find family members to call an harass them? They called from 573-535-6395.

Have YOU called the CA?? There is nothing wrong with a CA skiptracing for you....it is done on a daily basis. If they have proper contact with you, there would be no reason for them to call your family.
