I'm in my 8th year of medical bankruptcy, The Hartford Ins Com. bases its premium updates on FIA CSNA records.
It records an IRS lien which was paid off in 1985! What do I do to elimnate this from FIA CSNA and other true yet distant information from FIA CSNA?

I am not exactly sure why the insurance company is basing their research on FIA records. Usually they do so using just your credit report. Have you had a talk with an insurance agent?
