Except for USFastCash (an illegal tribal lender) all of your other lenders are registered and licensed to operate in CA. If you close the bank account, there won't be any immediate legal repercussions but they will badger you a lot over the phone and ask you to repay or be turned over to collections. If you fail to repay over a period of time and you do not contact them and explain your situation, they might decide to sue you.
