Thank you soap lady! I sent them an email about the laws in NJ and haven't heard back - I am willing to pay the loan amount, but then want a refund of all the interest I paid the past year.

I'm dealing with them right now. I'm NOT paying them another dime. I still owe them $1k on the last loan i took out, but i've overpaid them almost 2k in interest on multiple loans. They have been the most difficult to deal with.
I'm pretty sure you're not going to see a refund from them. They are offshore and you have no recourse.

Thank you for your response. I owe them 1810.00 for two loans, plus the 200.00 interest each. How long have you gone without paying. I have only been two pay periods. I have paid them 200.00 a pay period for the last year. They have my closed account number. Should I just ignore them.

You guys really need to stop saying you "owe" them anything. You don't. You've both WAY overpaid these illegal lenders. THEY OWE YOU!

This is the response I received from 247 to my email. I will not be contacting their Payment Services Department.

Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm Central Standard Time. They are closed on weekends.
