I have the following payday loans:

247 Greenstreet 905.00 - paid each pay period and renewed loan. Each pay period was 200.00 in fees x 26 = 5200.00. I cannot pay the lastest two for 905.00 each. I asked for a payment plan. Can I get anything back from the 5200.00 i paid in fees.

Brighton Financial: 200.00 - paid 267.00 - three pay periods
MBS Processing - 200.00 - paid 534.00 in fees - 89 each pay period
Archer Direct - 250.00 - paid 186.00 in fees - three pay periods
CashWeb - 500.00 paid 429.00 in fees - three pay periods
MB Marketing - 300.00 - paid 180 in fees - three pay periods
GR Enterprises - 500.00 - paid 150.00 in fees - one pay period
Fireside Cash - 500.00 - paid 150.00 in fees - one pay period.

I am willing to pay the principal balance. I reside in New Jersey where payday loans are prohibited.

Please let me know if these are companies are legal and what I should do. Thank you. Laura

It's might be good to try debt management I have 11 loans and by the time my check hit my account was overdrawn I tried to consolidate them but found my self paying monthly fees was in program for 3 months with no loans being paiddeleted...pm no monthly fees they don't hold your money and I decided what I could afford to pay,, my collections calls stop pretty quick and I was able to stop the payments and pay one payday loan at a time
