I was sued by Frederick hanna on behalf of bank of america. I put in a response to the court, then I asked them to verify everything. They verified everything with past statements. I am in terrible financial shape. Is there anything i can do, filings, etc to try and get at least 6 months delay, to give me time to raise some money, or should i just call them and try and make a settlement. Would they even accept monthly payments? Any recommendations on good atlanta lawyers that would fight for some kind of delay in the court process, so i could get some more time?

You already have a judgement against you so I don't think there is any way to delay the process. The best you can do is talk to the CA\BofA and see if they will allow a little forbearance as far as garnishing your wages are concerned. After getting the judgment, I don't think they will be expecting lumpsum, rather monthly payments.
