The loan from Cash Call was from Cash Call not Western Sky. They said they have a business license for California, but are not willing to work with me. I have paid Cash Call over 4000. The principal is paid with interest pd in the amount of over 2000

First try to renegotiate the terms of your contract to make it more affordable. If you cannot get that accomplished, you'll simply have to default on the loan and try to work out an affordable payment plan with the collections departments.
