They told me that it was a $25 fee and $255 would go toward the payment. When i call back to let them know how i want to repay them they told me $255 was the interest and $25 was going toward the prinicipal. WTF!!!
Their call are supposed to be recorded but on the day i spoke with th rep the person who records the call was out. Really?!?!?!?!?!??!

Most collection agencies do not record calls. And when it comes to the principal interest breakdown, it would be based on your original agreement and interest rate, not what the collector said.
