Hello,

I just recently found this website and I'm so glad I did.

I currently have 5 pay loans out with:
-VIP Cash #2/Qloot - $800 loan, as of 7/27 paid $920 in "refinance" charges
-VIP Loan Shop - $400 loan, as of 7/27 paid $710 in "refinance" charges
-Mesa Financial - $300 loan, as of 7/27 paid $520 in "refinance" charges
-PDLnow.com - $200 loan, as of 7/27 paid $600 in "refinance" charges
-Rockford, Inc - $200 loan, as of 7/27 paid $500 in "refinance charges"

Can someone assist me with finding out if any of these companies are legal in California and the appropriate steps to take next?

Thanks so much :)
