I live in Louisiana and I was just wondering the company flobridge sent a wage assessment letter to my employer do they have to sign it.an is flobridge even legal in Louisiana

It is a wage assignment and you agreed to it. However it is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time. Send the PDL a email saying "I hereby revoke any and all wage assignments I may have signed in regards to account #________________ effective immediately." Copy it and give a copy to your payroll department....easy peasy....no wage assignment.
