has any one heard of bogue & bogue law firm out of faith sd. i received a letter from them last week and said that i should have my refund from red stone by 7/28/2012, which to date i have not received. i called on fri and said they would return my call. of course no call. called today and just got a voice mail. thank:confused:

Keep calling in intervals and write to them asking for your refu
Keep calling in intervals and write to them asking for your refund again. Wait around for a bit and if the results don't show, get a NACA attorney and a copy of that refund agreement and sue them.
