Collection calls after completed consolidation plan 4 years ago

I have these attorneys calling my sister and me threatening to take me to court and press charges against me. I completed a payday loan consolidation plan almost 4 years ago Now I'm getting these phone calls threatening me they will come serve me papers and take me to court I paid all my debts off and now I've had 4 calling me I was so scared I have paid 2 already and I'm paying another one I can't keep doing this can u give me any advice I don't have money just to throw away Help!!!!!!!

Pretty simple...both of you stay off the phone and ignore these idiots. They CANNOT press charges..debts are civil...not criminal. File AG and FTC complaints these idiots.
