I had a loan with Pluto Marketing for $700 and already paid 350, I sent them a letter, I made arrangement with Pluto Marketing to pay $210, but i wasn't able to pay the arrangement is now null and the collection is asking for $910, what should I do?
well
tell the collector that you owe 350.00 max and will pay that with the proviso that an address is given to send a money order.do that and stand by it as pluto is an illegal lender and only owed the principle.do not let anybody try and convince you otherwise.btw pay it when you can,not when an illegal lenders says to.

thank you! before I knew this was illegal I took out many loans with Pluto about six and paid the huge fees can I request to have a refund for past loans?

see how much was overpaid on the previous loans.deduct that from the 350.00.if there is still overpayment then demand the refund,but given this new info you don't even owe the 350.00.
