Regent and Associates filed a lawsuit against me

I only found out because several bankruptcy attorneys and credit repair cons have sent me letters offering to "help" with the lawsuit. It has been a week now and still have not been served. I have notified Regent that all of my income is SSDI. Should I just go to the court house to pick up copies of the suit? Or sould I wait for them to serve me?
