Payday loans

Hello, i have three payday loans wich i cannot pay back at the moment. One of them is with Horizon Cash Advance. I have closed my bank account and was wondering if they will take me to court. I would like to set up a payment plan but dont know if online companies like Horizon will do that. Has anyone here had any dealings with Horizon Cash Advance? As i said i have every intention of paying them back but cannot do it all at once. Any advice would be appreciated.

DITCHDEBT....you keep posting WRONG information!! They sure CAN take you to court....the defense would be that the loan is illegal and the contract invalid.
