I just got a call from some one claiming to be Officer Jessica Watson and if I dont pay 1380 bucks by tomorrow I will be arrested for 3 criminal fraud charges... When I asked her what for she told me for a payday loan company call fast cash 500, told me I borrowed 350 which I dont recall ever borrowing from them...I have borrowed from others but I have paid them back...What is sad is she has all my information, and is really threanting me with jail time or even prison as she says... I told her I wanted fast cash 500 number so that I could talk to them myself to find out why they say I owe them, but she said that is not allowed....Please let me know if I can be arrested for fraud or theft by worthless check in east texas by this company..Oh and they call me by all differnet local numbers including the police departments number which when I answered it is them but when I called back the police station was closed.....how is this possible?
