Do you know if they tried to put the payment through? If they have, that may be why they're quiet because they're waiting to see if it will go through or not. Also, they might wait until the 16th of the month to really start harassing you because payments with them are considered late after the 15th.
As far as I know, you can dispute items as many times as you want. I'm on my second dispute for Cash Call with both Equifax and Experian and I have also filed a complaint with the FTC about the credit bureaus allowing an illegal company to report a logn to my credit. My CR is the only thing that I'm concerned about as well because I've heard of people getting judgements on their credit from Cash Call and I have an old judgement that is going to fall off my CR in November or December so the last thing I need is another one.
