That level of written expression is not going to get you very far, if you want to enlist other people's help for free, at least take some time to make it easier for them to understand your situation.
I would start by reading the Fair Credit Billing Act. This should help you understand that you need to send you disputes in writing, to the lender's dispute address as provided on their statement or account agreement. They are not required to enter any verbal dispute or investigate it. Once they accept your timely, written dispute, they should reverse the transaction. It's not discretionary, they have to reverse charges that are not authorized and that are timely disputed. If they don't, file a complaint with the CFPB. It's a government agency that won't take BS from a lender.
