Got debt collector from India

What are they attempting to collect on? They have no legal power to do anything here

:mad: If its the same one calling me, you can google the phone number and they are not even legal and trying to collect on something they can't. I applied for payday loans online and that is how they get your number, look them up, I will bet its the same person.

He calls on a daily basis and tells me he is sending police, I hope nothing bad happens to your family, you are going to lose your job etc.

He also says you have to have your attorney call, I had one call and he was stupid and ridiculous to him and hung up.

Hey guys chill out and think first. Google will confirm anything debt collection from India is a scam. It's the latest "Nigerian scam" if you will. The poor old guy responsible for all this mess is being sued by FTC i think in Austin TX or CA while the crooks sitting in india continue the scams. He was used by some crooks to create a shell company and he didn't know what was up. The crooks obtain your info online after you apply for a payday loan. These Indians have been told to get those dumb americans emotions high by threatening Sheriff is on the way to arrest'em and lock them up without water for 30 days plus thier kids. I mean it's nuts what I have heard thus far. And you don't have legal recourse to them. But take heart they can't do anything to you either not even report you to a credit bureau, zilch. So i have no mercy on them. They play dirty I play dirtier. Get an air horn the next time you get a call and blow the scummy sucker's ear off. That works so well nobody has called me again and I can't wait for the next stupid indian to call.:D
