I am trying to get out from under these Pay Day Loans which I received online...AAA Pay Day Loans, 3B Payday Loans, LoanShop Online and Ace Cash Express...THey all want to "work" with you, but they all want an amount that I just cannot realistically pay...What do I do? I made all of them offers, but they want 5 times that amount...

Ace and AAA are legal. Tell them you want to do an extended payment plan. They will break your current balance due into 4 equal payments (sometimes you can get 5), due over your next 4 pay dates.

Follow the steps in my signature link to get rid of the other 2. If you've overpaid LSO, they will issue you a refund but you have to ask for it.

Are you positive that LSO and 3B are illegal in Louisiana? We have very little regulations here in this state regarding pay day loans, especially internet ones...Both OFI and Attorney General's office was of NO help...AAA has not even contacted me after I closed my account and ACE is trying to work with me, but I am trying to negotiate a minimum of $50 on a $300 loan..They want more...On LSO, I have paid them about $300 more than the original loan in fees and some payment towards principle. I will attempt a refund...Thanks for the information and if you have any other ideas, please let me know...
