Cash King Advance Online Payday Loan

I received a $600 loan through Cash King Advance about a month or so ago.
Today I have paid a toal of $648 (4 payments of $162)
Their fee is $162 every 2 weeks and the loan keeps refinancing.. so I still owe $600 plus another $162 for the fee if its paid off next Friday.
Any places (legit websites, links) I can look to see if this is illegal in my state?
