Per the FDCPA, simply tell them you are not permitted work calls and to never call you at work again. Have someone nearby listen to you tell them that. If they call you again, you have an FDCPA violation and can collect $1000.

They are calling and asking for me I just happend to not be in my office to take the call or I would have told them to stop, when the secretary told them I was not available she ask for my supervisor he talked to her and it got very heated he told her to stop calling me at my work and that he was not putting up with it any more she then ask for his supervisor. This has gotten crazy I then called them and told them to stop calling me anywhere they could send me a somthing in writing that they were going to get me fired from my job. Are all collection agency legal in all states.
When I typed in Cash Cure under the alabama website you gave me Ohiogal it does not come up so does that mean they are not legal in Alabama?
