This company just contacted me today. Only thing is I have no Debt. I don't own any credit cards and have all my bills paid on time. I think it is kind of fishy. Might have been for my father. He has debt. But he has been out of my life for 13 years. If I find out it is for him and they try to get money out of me you bet I'll Sue their asses for harassment.

Do you and your father have the same name? Do you use your Jr, II, III designation?? You really have no grounds to sue they for harassment for one call. Legally they can call you once. So settle down and go back to your TV.
