i have a question do the letter for settlement with tribal lenders really work??? if so how do they stay in business.....has anybody just have to pay principal and not go to collection? I am just scared about this whole mess i got myself into.....

I followed the advice of the people on this site and used their letters. It stopped all calls and collection attempts from tribal and offshore lenders immediately, reducing my debt owed to them to $0.
Take the letters, modofy them to fit your needs and send them immediately. That is what I did and I am so grateful.

Omg!!! I just got a e-mail from great plains and they are taking my offer of $300 to paid off my acct...I have paid them $700 on a $1000....
