I logged into my back account this evening to find my checking and saving accounts drained.
I did not receive verbal and/or written warning of owed taxes not do I have any judgement against me.
I have student loans and I checked on those and the IRS did not take money to pay off my balance.
I do not own anything; I rent and have a lein on my car. I have no house nor property.
Does anyone know how this can happen and why?

Have you checked your credit report?? Checked the online court
Have you checked your credit report?? Checked the online court dockets of your county court??/
Easy answer - ask your bank. Start there and let us know....
