Forced to claim bankruptcy because of a incompetent loan officer

I am with a local credit union that is calling my loans due in the amount of 1,500,000.00 in 45 days they want me to get refianced or they will foreclose the funny thing is i have not missed a payment in 25 years i have proof of very unethical things going on with my old loan officer and the new one i am willing to take a lie detector test to prove everything i have said there is too much to get in to can any out there help?

Soaplady, this is clearly an understatement. When one starts a thread with "I am willing to take a lie detector. . ." and the debt is over a million, you know there is much to this story.
My recommendation to the poster is to forget the Internet. . . go consult with some very good bk attnys.
